WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?

Your consultation is a dedicated conversation designed to understand you—your goals, lifestyle, challenges, and history with fitness and wellness. This time allows us to determine what approach will realistically support your body, schedule, and long-term success. I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the process. You’re encouraged to ask questions, share concerns, and be honest about what has or hasn’t worked in the past. By the end of your consultation, you’ll have clarity on next steps and whether The Master Body Wellness Company is the right fit for your journey.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING IS RIGHT FOR ME?

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. When determining the best training style for you, we consider several factors, including:

  • Your current fitness level and training history

  • Any injuries, limitations, or health considerations

  • Your lifestyle, stress levels, and schedule

  • Whether this is your first time  working with a coach

  • What type of training you’ll enjoy and stay consistent with

The most effective program is always the one you can sustain. My priority is keeping you safe, engaged, and progressing in a way that supports both your body and your life

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE BEGINNING MY TRAINING SESSIONS

Before starting any training or program, all clients are required to complete a PAR-Q  (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and a Liability Form. These forms help ensure that you are ready to safely increase physical activity and allow programming to  be tailored appropriately. All required forms must be completed prior to your first session

DO YOU ONLY TRAIN WOMEN?

Yes, my primary coaching focus is women. I work closely with women of all ages and life stages and specialize in supporting the physical, mental, and lifestyle demands unique to women.

For men, I offer assessment, education, and app-based guidance only. This includes program recommendations, movement assessments, and wellness strategy support without in-person coaching

WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

  • Nutrition education and guidance

  • App-based training and coaching

All services are designed to support sustainable wellness—not short-term fixes

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY SESSIONS?

Please wear comfortable, breathable workout attire with appropriate training shoes. Bring a water bottle and, if desired, a small towel.

Most importantly, come ready to move with intention and an open mindset
