Before any training begins, each client completes a personalized nutrition assessment during the consultation process. This allows us to understand your current habits, preferences, lifestyle, and past experiences with nutrition. Rather than prescribing a generic plan, we use this information to develop a custom nutrition strategy that aligns with your goals, schedule, and training demands.
