Small Group Training with Master Body Wellness Company offers the structure and personalization of private training within a shared, motivating environment. This option is ideal for groups who want to train together while still receiving professional guidance, customized programming, and accountability. Each session is intentionally capped at five participants to ensure quality coaching, proper form correction, and an effective training experience.

Group Size:2–5 participants
Session Length:60 minutes
Training Format: In-person, coach-led group sessions
Location: Determined by the group and must be accessible to all participants
Equipment: All necessary fitness equipment is provided by the coach
How Group Training Works
One individual serves as theprimary contact and account holder
Payment is collected as a single transaction on behalf of the group
The program structure mirrors in-person personal training, including: Customized programming, Structured progressions, Professional coaching and accountability Group training maintains the same coaching standards and session length as private in-home training.

Group training is priced at the same session rate as in-person personal training
Packages follow the same session tiers and expiration policies
Full payment is required prior to training commencement
Monthly payment options and installment plans may be available at the owner’s discretion
