My Non-Negotiables as Your Coach…

Accountability Isn’t a Phase—It’s the Standard

There comes a point in your fitness journey where motivation is no longer enough. Where “I’ll try” doesn’t cut it. Where showing up becomes non-negotiable.

That’s where accountability steps in.

And not the surface-level kind. Not the “check in when you feel like it” kind. I’m talking about the kind of accountability that builds discipline, creates structure, and forces alignment between what you say you want and what you actually do.

I Don’t Just Coach Workouts—I Coach Standards

When you work with me, you’re not just getting a plan.

You’re stepping into a system.

A system where:

• You complete your workouts

• You track your effort

• You check in

• You stay consistent, even when life gets busy

Because let’s be honest, life will always be busy.

Today, I closed my rings.

I trained.

I moved.

I showed up for myself before anything else.

Not because I had time…

But because I made time.

You Can’t Lead Yourself If You Don’t Show Up for Yourself

One thing about me, I can’t ask my clients to do something I’m not doing.

I train my body because:

• It’s discipline

• It’s self-respect

• It’s alignment

And deeper than that, it’s spiritual.

Taking care of my body is how I honor what I’ve been given. It’s how I stay sharp, present, and grounded. So when I ask my clients to commit, it’s not coming from theory, it’s coming from lived experience.

What I Expect From My Clients

If you’re in my world, this is the standard:

✔ You complete your workouts (not halfway—fully)

✔ You log your activity (so we can measure progress)

✔ You communicate (no disappearing)

✔ You stay locked in—even when motivation fades

Because results don’t come from random effort.

They come from tracked, intentional consistency.

Accountability Is the Missing Link for Most People

Most people don’t fail because they don’t know what to do.

They fail because:

• No one is checking them

• No one is correcting them

• No one is pushing them

That’s where I come in.

I’m not here to babysit you.

I’m here to elevate you.

To help you become the version of yourself that:

• Keeps promises

• Finishes what they start

• Doesn’t negotiate with excuses

This Is Bigger Than Fitness

This isn’t just about calories burned, steps counted, or workouts completed.

This is about:

• Becoming disciplined

• Becoming reliable

• Becoming someone you can trust

Because once you build that in fitness…

It transfers into every area of your life.

If You’re Ready for Real Accountability

If you’re tired of starting over…

If you want structure…

If you want someone who will actually check you, guide you, and help you execute…

I’m here.

But understand this:

👉 I don’t do halfway effort

👉 I don’t do inconsistency

👉 I don’t do excuses

I do results.

I do discipline.

I do transformation.

Final Thought

Your body is your responsibility.

Your results are your responsibility.

But you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re ready to be held to a higher standard,

I’m ready for you.
